Get enough sleep - We can not stress the importance of good sleep and its affect on your mood and motivation. Take time to care for your mental and physical health. - Mediate, try yoga to release tension and get outdoors and enjoy the sunshine. Vitamin D is good for the soul. #promoteselfcare
