As Women's History Month unfolds, as a femme founder, I find myself reflecting on the immense significance of women in my life, in our communities, and across the globe. For me, centering and celebrating women is not confined to a single month or day - it is a daily practice, an act of love and resistance.
When I think of the women who have shaped me, I think of my mother and sister, whose unwavering support and love have been the foundation of my life. I think of the elders and ancestors I never had the chance to meet, whose strength and resilience have paved the way for us to thrive. I think of my chosen sisters, who lift me up, challenge me, and share in the joys and trials of life. I think of the countless women I've encountered, even if only for a fleeting moment, who have left an indelible mark on my journey.
Women's History Month is an opportunity to honor the collective struggles, achievements, and contributions of women throughout time. It is a chance to recognize the often unsung heroines who have fought for justice, equality, and a better world for all. International Women's Day serves as a global call to action, urging us to break the bias and forge a more inclusive and equitable future.
As we celebrate the incredible women who have come before us and those who continue to lead the charge for a better tomorrow, let us also remember that the work of uplifting and amplifying women's voices is not confined to a single month or day. It is a year-round commitment, a constant process of learning, unlearning, and striving for a more just and equitable world.
To the women in my life and to women everywhere - thank you for your resilience, your brilliance, and your unwavering spirit. May we continue to honor and celebrate your invaluable contributions today and every day.

7moWhat a special event! Thank you One Step Closer (OSC), Lara Jackle Dickinson and Sarah Shaw for curating a panel full of wisdom, heart and soul. My favorite part was breaking into circle discussions. What an amazing group of women and men full of positive energy and a desire to connect and build community.
