Today is International HR Day and this week marks my one year anniversary of joining Lattice. For the past year I've been lucky to work with from some of the most strategic HR leaders in the industry including Cara Brennan Allamano and here's what I've learned from them: ⭐ The best HR leaders are business leaders. They deeply understand how the business operates and are critical for maximizing the biggest budgetary investment the company makes: people. ⭐ HR teams drive company performance. They know that engagement = productivity and performance management = talent density. They hold the keys to both in partnership with managers and leadership. ⭐ Strategic HR leaders anticipate changing talent strategy needs.
