I AM VERY PROUD OF CAUCASIAN POPULARITY.
I HAVE ZERO TIME FOR THE VIEW OR IT'S PARENT ABC OR ABC PARENT DISNEY AND THESE COMMUNIST DEMOCRAT LIBERAL PROGRESSIVE UNCONSTITUTIONAL AFFIRMATIVE ACTION EXPERIMENT FAILURES.
This is why I sold a 7-figure position 2.5 years ago that I bought back in 1990 and held post ABC merger/takeover by Disney.
Let this be a lesson to ALL CORPORATE AMERICA: People like me will buy your stock and wage change via proxy battles and shareholder derivative actions. In fact everyone who can afford to buy 1 share, buy it and vote me on the Board and as CEO/Executive Chairman. DO NOT BUY THAT STOCK IF YOU ARE FACING HARDSHIP, CANNOT AFFORD TO OR USING MONEY THAT IS NOT DISCRETIONARY INCOME, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYONE WHO BECOMES INSOLVENT DUE TO THIS SUGGESTION.
I have a better idea: Make Disney pay all the benefits back plus interest at 18%.
Then launch a proxy battle for the Board and install me as CEO and Executive Chairman. I will summarily dismiss ALL the woke/cancel/liberal, non-traditional family motivated personnel no matter who they are or their rank.
I sold a 7 figure position in Disney 2.5 years ago due Iger and his minions taking a diversity, equity and inclusion path. I have zero use for any advancement EXCEPT based on ONLY performance, with ZERO deference to race, creed, color, sex, religion or gender. Period. Paragraph. End of story. End of discussion.
I am like the USA military. I love Donald John Trump and DESPARATELY want him back as President of the USA. Ron DeSantis and I would make many deals, including me moving Disney from Burbank, CA to Orlando, FL

“Advocacy group Equality Texas, who's worked with Ballard in fighting for LGBTQ rights in the state, recently shared a video of him speaking during the session. Although it was captured on video several months ago, Ballard's emotional plea in front of his fellow Texans is just now making waves online.”
Does anyone really question why companies with Pro DEI cultures are more successful? If you do, watch this video.
And, if you watch it and still question it, get ready to be washed away in the generational Tsunami coming your way. Polls show that 80% of people under 30 in the US believe that DEI is a fundemental value. And, unlike previous generations where we believed that simply being “not racist, not sexists, not bigoted, not homophobic not ….” was enough. Having DEI as one of your core values means that you want to be actively “anti-racist, anti all those bad traits above”.
The following generations are the most diverse, educated, “woke” generations in the history of the US.
The US that we know from history is ending quickly.
🌟 Commemorating Juneteenth: Reflecting on History and Aspiring Towards Unity 🌟
Today, we commemorate Juneteenth, a historic milestone marking the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States. On this day in 1865, Union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas, delivering the news of freedom to the last enslaved individuals, two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
At Road To Finish we honor Juneteenth as a reminder of the resilience and strength of the Black community throughout history. This day not only celebrates liberation but also underscores the ongoing pursuit of equality and justice for all.
Looking forward, we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated and every voice is heard. Juneteenth serves as a poignant opportunity for us to reflect on the progress made and reaffirm our dedication to creating a future where everyone can thrive, free from discrimination and inequality.
Let's come together in unity and solidarity as we commemorate Juneteenth and continue to work towards a more equitable society.

🚀 Breaking the Broken Rung 🚀
One of the most significant barriers to gender equality in the workplace is the "broken rung" – the challenge women face at the first step up to manager. This crucial promotion often determines future career trajectory, yet data shows that women, particularly women of color, are frequently overlooked.
🔍 Why does this matter?
- When women are not promoted to managerial positions, the pipeline for senior leadership becomes predominantly male.
- Diverse leadership teams drive better business outcomes through varied perspectives and innovative thinking.
💡 What can we do?
- Mentorship & Sponsorship: Senior leaders should actively mentor and sponsor high-potential women.
- Bias Training: Implementing unconscious bias training can help managers make more equitable promotion decisions.
- Transparent Metrics: Tracking promotion rates and setting targets for gender diversity ensures accountability.
🌟 By addressing the broken rung, we can create a more inclusive and equitable workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Let's commit to breaking barriers and lifting each other up!

Re: What is DEI “NOW”
Great piece Nicquel Terry Ellis wrote WHAT IS DEI and I would add from this from Diverse & Engaged DEI List
“9 Things You Should Know About The Evolving State of DEI TODAY” eby Dee C. Marshall
1. DEI has expanded to a catch-all for all things pertaining to historically
underrepresented groups, particularly Black people and LQBTQ+.
2. DEI is an umbrella reference to include efforts, initiatives, programs intended to course correct systemic racism and discrimination in the United States.
3. DEI has been politicized when the front runner of the anti-DEI movement began dismantling DEI programs funded by the government.
4. Anti-DEI is a movement primarily targeted against Black people beginning with a CRT battle to outlaw documented historical shame and stain on America from the Transatlantic Slave Trade that enslaved Africans for free labor to build the US including The White House (built by Slaves).

“There is something wrong with our sports systems, and deep down we know it. The sports environments we fought so hard to have equal access to were built by men, for men and boys. Our definition of gender equality has been ‘getting what men have, and the way they have it,’ and it’s backfiring” (Fleshman XII).
Are competitive sports enhancing or hurting women’s overall health? In her new memoir, Good for a Girl: A Woman Running in a Man’s World, elite runner and coach Lauren Fleshman asks pointed, pertinent questions, and provides powerful experiential and empirical evidence to back up her answers.

Culture and systems don’t change quickly or easily. But not all cultural systems require compulsory participation.
Gerwig had hoped that her Barbie movie would be received as “an invitation for everybody to be part of the party and let go of the things that aren’t necessarily serving us as either women or men.”
And yet. Alas. When it comes to awards like the Oscars, as Amy Diehl, PhD suggests, maybe the best answer is to skip the party altogether.
When a non-compulsory cultural system enduringly demonstrates disinclination to truly open up its guest list — don’t wait until the clock strikes midnight to leave.
If it feels like you’ll inevitably be turned back into a pumpkin at midnight/when your temporary-invite expires, maybe just stay home.
Find other pumpkins :) Build better ballrooms. Throw bigger parties.

Gerwig: "My hope for [Barbie] is that it’s an invitation for everybody to be part of the party and let go of the things that aren’t necessarily serving us as either women or men."
I agree. Maybe we should let go of awards like the Oscars that mostly honor men.

I'm so proud of the work Athlete Ally is doing to champion the rights of all athletes to play the sport that they love. It's ironic that the paternalistic talking points of "it's not fair to women" seem to resonate far more than data and research on trans inclusion in sport, and on real barriers to women's athletic performance and participation. Athletes, scholars, researchers, equality organizations are all calling upon the NCAA to embrace inclusion - - and use facts and scientific research as the basis for their policy toward trans inclusion in sport. Here's what 400+ Olympians, paralympians, professional and college athletes said in their letter:
"As athletes, we have dedicated our lives to sports. Sports have given us our greatest friends, taught us incredible life lessons, and given us the confidence and drive to succeed in the world. We know that the value of sport goes far beyond the playing field. Sport allows people to develop a sense of self and identity and to reflect what we value as a community. Sport is a tremendous enabler of physical and mental health, teaches valuable lessons on teamwork and discipline, and has brought us lifelong community. Every single student should have access to the lifesaving power of sports. "
Please read these compelling letters in the post below and message me if you'd like more information or the opportunity to discuss and learn more.
Today, Athlete Ally joined 400+ athletes, 50+ orgs and 300+ scholars in calling on the NCAA Board of Governors to ensure trans athletes are welcome and included in NCAA athletics. Signatories, including Layshia Clarendon, Megan Rapinoe, Sue Bird, Brianna Turner, and WNBA (Women's National Basketball Association) coach Cheryl Reeve all echoed what champion coach Dawn Staley said during #MarchMadness: trans women belong in sport.
