OpenPhone makes it super easy, and we'd be crazy not to use it. Here’s our process: Prospects fill out our "Contact Sales" form and book a meeting. If the meeting is a few days out, we follow up via text to stay top of mind. This proactive engagement reassures customers that we’re ready and eager to meet their needs. Just like how athletes adjust their techniques for better performance, we adapt our sales tactics to match evolving customer preferences. Texting opens a convenient communication line early on, helping customers get the clarity they need to move fast. Integrating SMS into our daily workflows lets our small but mighty team of 8 assist hundreds of customers weekly. Do you text your customers and prospects?
