I couldn't be more proud of what the team have achieved lately. I've always believed in starting with the basics. Listen to what your clients are asking for, offer them simple options and deliver outcomes. Last year I noticed for some agencies it was more about the marketing machine. The irrelevant social media posts, fancy job titles for inexperienced employees, fake promotions or posting about what day of the week you can bring your dog into the office - although I will admit "Hope today wasn't a RUFF 🐶one" can be a tempting pun to want to use in those scenarios. On top of all of that, they then force their employees to like and comment on posts in an effort to expand their audience and it's getting too obvious. As a client, you will notice the difference when dealing with a no nonsense, professional agency like IronMerge People. We have experienced, battle hardened Recruiters who know what they are doing. We value relationships with our clients, candidates and above all .... delivering outcomes and solutions. South Carolina’s Second Chance initiative not only helps create a pathway to employment for returning citizens, it provides employers with a larger pool of skilled workers, as well as hiring incentives, making for a more robust workforce. Graniteville Specialty Fabrics is just one of our many Second Chance success stories.
