OPD supported Flint Hills Resources on a recent project by designing and fabricating 23 custom process modules, including multiple large piperack sections. By utilizing a modular design approach, we reduced project risks and minimized field construction scope, resulting in an optimized schedule and lower overall cost. Through the use of pre-tested and insulated piping, pre-wired I&E systems, and multi-level modules designed to be set "in ground", we were able to reduce site installation time while maintaining accessibility for operations and maintenance crews.

We recently completed construction of another 4-tower fractionation unit for one of our customers. This is one of multiple grassroots NGL fractionation units constructed by OPD - capable of producing saleable ethane, propane, normal butane and isobutane. Loaded on the barge and ready to float! 🚢 Managing logistics for massive pieces of equipment is one of the many values we bring to our customers as an EPC. Weighing in at 1.2MM lbs - this 16' diameter, 200' tall fractionation tower will be delivered to one of our project sites early next week, where it will be insulated and dressed before being set in place.
