I am excited to share that I have completed the Human Resources Competency Class provided by AR GENERASI UNGGUL I have learned a lot from the HR competency class I attended. It was a valuable opportunity for me to develop and master the essential skills and knowledge required for HR professionals in today's dynamic and complex business environment. Some of the topics I studied include: 1. HR Framework : How to create and implement an HR strategic framework that aligns with the organization's vision, mission, and values. 2. Talent Management : Ways to attract, retain, develop, and engage talent within the organization, as well as managing talent mobility and succession planning for the organization's future. 3. 𝐈𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 A𝐧 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐛?🤔 🤔🤔 In my opinion, it is not, though many might disagree. Don't get me wrong—I 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰 𝒅𝒐 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒇𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒚 20 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔. Recruitment is an integral part of HR, yet many people believe that all HR do is select candidates and get them hired. Unfortunately, once hired, candidates often forget the support and guidance they received. There's a Malay saying, "kacang lupakan kulit," which translates to "ungrateful, like a boiled bean." However, it's important to note that not everyone is like that. To this day, many grateful individuals appreciate the help provided when they were at rock bottom. 🚀🤘 While recruitment may sound simple, the reality is far more complex. Recruitment is the 𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, and it is essential for building a strong, capable workforce. 👏👏 Given the complexities and emotional demands of the job, I was excited to learn about the Recruiters Association Malaysia. I thought, why not join?🤔 I became a member last year and now serve as a board member. We recently held our first board meeting, and it was inspiring to see 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒂 𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒑 𝒐𝒇 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒔 from diverse backgrounds and industries come together with a shared commitment.
