Check out our Go>Choose recognition program that is run by the employees of Bish's RV. Here's how it works 👇 When our team sees someone that does something great, or sees someone do something a little extra, they take a "caught ya" card. On that card, they write down who they are and what they did that was awesome and pin it on the board. You can see below that there's a lot of great stuff being done that's getting noticed. This particular Go> Choose board is at our dealer support center, and each of the Bish's RV locations has a board of its own. It's awesome being able to see all in one place how the team is not only serving each other, but how they are going beyond the norm to make a good experience for everyone that walks into a Bish's RV location.

How many tips can we squeeze in one tip? I did my best :) Because as a group psychotherapist, I know how groups have everything that their members need. We are all auxiliary egos for each other, and the question is: Can we play together? Thanks to Dr. Franz for having me in this episode. I always learn a lot from Tim, and I think the way we collaborate or co-create each time is a great example of how our strengths and weaknesses come together to achieve our superordinate goals as a team 😍
Another week of Making Team Projects Work with Lauren Vicker. This week's team tip is from Ozge Kantas Yorulmazlar, Ph.D., CP, PAT, a colleague within my department at St. John Fisher University. Her tip is about how to utilize all the different perspectives within a team, because a team "has everything in it" to succeed!

These people are the difference. The algorithms are a tool. The TMS is a tool. Real time tracking is a tool. Automated spot bid pricing is a tool. Knowledge is a differentiator. Process is a differentiator. Servant leadership is a differentiator. Having the war stories and the best practices is a differentiator. A culture of continuous improvement is a differentiator. If you're looking at transportation management, let us know how we can help. We live it.
