Purpose: The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the powered access equipment rental space. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets. Identify new market opportunities and trends to enhance business growth. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored rental solutions. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
