We get into 99% of the privately-owned stores we pitch. How? It’s simple. We have a quality product that works. DIGESTLIVE™ is the first and only female herbal constipation relief supplement. People are usually surprised when we educate them on the difference between genders and why women need a constipation remedy specifically formulated for them. Once they learn about the gut-hormone connection, it’s like a light-bulb moment and they see the void in the marketplace we fill. They instantly place an order, and we’re on their shelves in no time. But when we pitch large corporations, we get pushback. The biggest pushback comes from not realizing how big of a problem female constipation is and why we need our own solution to heal it. And don’t even get us started on the corporate politics that go into allocating shelf space. The only loser when we don’t get into a retail store is the consumer - the woman who is in pain, struggling to get through the day, and has tried everything else to heal her constipation. We will keep spreading the word about our female herbal supplement until every woman knows we exist and are here to help. #DigestLive #WomensHealth #DigestiveHealth #ForWomenByWomen #FemaleConstipation

🌸 TABOO SUBJECT BELOW - Flower power! 😂 🌸 In marketing news today Body Form launches a groundbreaking campaign, tackling taboos head-on and sparking important conversations about menstruation and body positivity. Many people will now close this post haha! But that is exactly why I am writing this! The campaign, aptly named "Breaking Barriers," aims to challenge societal norms and promote open dialogue about menstrual health. Despite progress in recent years, discussions around periods and feminine hygiene products remain uncomfortable for many. 13 year old me would be so embarrassed right now talking about this! BUT Body Form's bold approach seeks to normalise these conversations by: 🌸 Featuring diverse body types and experiences 🌸 Using clear, straightforward language about menstruation 🌸 Highlighting real stories from people of all backgrounds This initiative is a crucial step towards destigmatising menstrual health and promoting inclusivity. By addressing these topics openly, Body Form is paving the way for greater understanding and acceptance. What are your thoughts on this campaign? I would love to see an open discussion! How can we continue to break down barriers and foster more open discussions about menstrual health in our workplaces and communities? #BodyPositivity #MenstrualHealth #BreakingTaboos #InclusiveMarketing #bodyform

Today, let's celebrate the wonder of periods! Yes, you heard it right. It's time to give a standing ovation to the cycle that visits us each month, bringing with it the magic of life. Menstrual Hygiene Day is all about recognizing the importance of good menstrual health and hygiene. It's about time we stop whispering and start cheering! Imagine if periods could talk. They'd probably say, "Hey, I'm just here doing my job, making sure everything's in working order!" We should be proud of this natural process. After all, it's a sign that our bodies are functioning perfectly. So, let's laugh at those "perfect timing" moments when our periods show up right before a beach day or an important meeting. They really know how to make an entrance! But on a serious note, many girls and women around the world still face challenges when it comes to managing their periods. Lack of access to menstrual products and proper information can make this natural process a burden. Let's join hands to ensure every girl can manage her period with dignity. Share a pad, share a smile, and share your knowledge. Every bit counts! So, here’s to breaking the taboos and embracing the flow. Let’s make menstrual hygiene a topic we can talk about openly. Remember, periods are a part of life – just like laughing at a good joke. Happy World Menstrual Hygiene Day! Let’s celebrate with pride, laughter, and a commitment to make things better for everyone. #worldmenstrualhygieneday #women #girls #hygiene #linkedn

🚀 Get Out There and Make It Real! 🌿 In the rush to launch the next viral video or online campaign, it’s easy to forget there’s a whole world outside our digital bubbles. Why does it matter? Because getting out there and connecting with real people gives us the kind of insights and feedback we can’t find anywhere else. It’s about seeing what really resonates on a human level. Case in point: the recent campaign that I have been working on for Yoni for Menstrual Hygiene Day. 🌺 Instead of just posting online, we stepped out into Amsterdam with over 150 Yoni goodie boxes to give away at local spots making the world FOR REAL more #periodfriendly. This was all about breaking the stigma around menstruation and starting real, face-to-face conversations. The day brought everything from unexpected weather to eye-opening chats that you just don’t get behind a screen. 👏 Turning Digital Goals into Real Connections 🌐 Periods are normal, and it’s high time our discussions are too. We’re doing more than just talking; we’re showing up, sparking conversations, and making a difference where it counts. Today is Menstrual Hygiene Day. A day dedicated to promoting open conversations about periods and ensuring everyone has access to safe products and facilities. But it’s 2024 and we’re still using the Dutch term “ongesteld” (meaning “indisposed”) to talk about menstruation. And it’s not just in Dutch, periods are stigmatized everywhere. It’s hard to have positive conversations about periods when the words we use are negative. Why are we still so uncomfortable talking about periods, that we can’t just use a simple word? So, this year, we at Yoni joined forces with WOMEN INC. in our mission to make periods “Gewoongesteld” (“normalized”). Together, we gifted over 150 goodie boxes containing Yoni pads, tampons, and other essentials to restaurants, bars, and cultural centers around Amsterdam! The day was full of surprises, (un)expected Dutch weather, and very interesting conversations. Periods are normal, and menstrual products should be in every bathroom. Don’t you agree? Then sign up to get a free Yoni x Women Inc Box to make your workspace more inclusive. Be fast – we only got a limited amount left. A Menstrual Health and Hygiene Awarenes session in collaboration with Benchmark Coffee Traders supported by Kinmuga Coffees and Monpi Coffee Exports Ltd in Dunatina LLG, Eastern Highlands province. The session was with 20+ Coffee Growers present at Kesavaka community. There was a good mix of young women, mothers and a few men too including community officers of Monpi Coffee Exports Ltd. Such conversations do not happen openly in such communities however the emphasis on women's Health was well received with a few women who bravely asked questions after the session as well as express appreciation for such educational session. Before the start of the session, when asked if they were comfortable, a female rep said "please go ahead and share with us the useful information, not often we have the opportunity to such educational sessions, and we are willing to receive it" They appreciated the information shared together with the donated Queenpads. Mother's were encouraged to look out for their daughters Menstrual needs too and recognized as Queens 😇💜 The Realmen present received pads for their wives 🙏💙 We thank Benchmark Coffee Traders, Kinmuga Coffees and Monpi Coffee Exports for bringing such awareness to the Coffee Growers through Queenpads. 📣 Attention Retailers! You are ignoring women in THIS very specific way: Women experience constipation at 3x the rate of men! But retailers aren’t giving us the customized solutions we need. Retailers typically have dozens of products that cater to women. From make-up to feminine hygiene to vitamins, the female consumer is in demand. But when we pitch DIGESTLIVE™, many are surprised there's a market for female herbal constipation relief. Here’s what retailers know for sure: ✅ Women typically have the buying power for their household ✅ Women are already in their stores shopping So, why not offer another product that addresses women’s biological differences? The answer lies in a lack of awareness. Most don’t understand that there even is a need for a constipation supplement designed exclusively for women. It’s no secret we are different biologically and hormonally. To naturally cure constipation, you need a supplement that addresses the gut-hormone connection in women. That’s exactly what we do. Want to increase both your revenue and customer satisfaction? Carry products for women that are tailored to heal them inside and out. #DigestLive #Organza #WomensHealth #ForWomenByWomen #DigestiveHealth #GutWellness #GIHealth #HolisticHealth #Herbal #Natural #Organic #Constipation

Menstrual Health Hygiene Practitioner, Founder Breaking the Silence Worldwide Foundation, Social Sector, United Nations Certified Trainer, Social Behaviour Change & Knowledge Management Consultant, Women Collectives
The world over, today is observed as the International Menstrual Hygiene Day. 28th May. Significant day because menstrual cycle is made up of 28 days and the average duration of periods is 5 days. Atleast that was the understanding when this day was chosen. You may have known me for sometime now. Those who have known me from when I first started out as a campaigner exactly #10 years ago, may even be able to predict what I am going to say- M.E.N.S.T.R.U.A.T.I.O.N The landscape is rapidly changing (for the good, ofcourse) and there are many players now, from global, domestic and local organizations, the government, and media which are working on normalising menstruation and getting more support for menstruators. Of late I feel that my mission has been accomplished, atleast to a great extent. How much can one individual do? It's a wonderful coincidence that I have been invited to speak at a global training event (online) today to share my experience as a campaigner for menstruation and rights of menstruators. I have had umpteenth speaking opportunities on the issues revolving around menstruation in our society but this is the first time I was asked to speak about campaigning! Over the years many people suggested that I replace my self-drawn chart paper placard with a printed, designed, better- looking placard, employ a team and scale my efforts but you may have noticed I have retained them all this time. Today, I will tell you why. In doing so I was trying to convey that every girl and woman can and should stand up, speak up, and educate others and she can do so without funding, staff, office space and she doesn't have to be doing this full time. Irrespective of her profession she could be a menstrual hygiene management advocate. It takes nothing but it can make the world of difference. If you are reading this, please leave me a comment on what you liked the best in #breakingthesilencecampaign, any special memory, or thought? I would love to know what the campaign has meant to you. #PeriodFriendlyWorld

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 🌸 Hello Lovely Ladies! Let's Talk Menstrual Hygiene! 🌸 Yesterday was World Menstrual Hygiene Day, and I want to take a moment to celebrate and share some important tips and insights about menstrual hygiene that every girl and woman should know. Whether you're a teen just starting 😜 or someone who's experienced, it's always good to refresh our knowledge and take care of our bodies, I am sure you agree with me on this one. Ever wondered why Menstrual Hygiene Day is being celebrated every 28th of May? I was curious and he is what I found out, the average menstrual cycle lasts 28 days. The day is specially dedicated to educating, celebrating, and raising awareness on the importance of maintaining healthy hygiene through a cycle. The theme for this year is a "period-friendly world" where it is safe and convenient to discuss menstrual cycle-related topics, seek better products, and make them available to all across the globe. Let me put this out here, it's always been in mind to partner with companies that produce menstrual cycle-related products to bring awareness and provision to others, if you know how I will be able to get in quickly kindly reach out so we can work towards it next year. So, here is a sneak peek of what I think everybody needs to note as regards the day. Menstrual Hygiene Day: A Period Should Only End a Sentence. This #MenstrualHygieneDay, we're highlighting Heather Holm's powerful article on the urgent need for free and accessible menstrual products. "It is time we start acknowledging and raising awareness towards 'that time of the month' so that one day pads and tampons can be seen as a staple of any bathroom rather than a luxury." Menstrual hygiene is a fundamental right, not a privilege. By breaking the stigma and prioritizing menstrual equity, we can ensure that everyone has access to the products they need. 💯 Together, we can make period products a basic right for every person. Breaking the Silence: Let's Talk About Menstrual Hygiene May 28th marks World Menstrual Hygiene Day, a day to shed light on a vital aspect of women's health and well-being. For far too long, menstruation has been shrouded in silence, stigma, and shame. It's time to break the silence and talk about menstrual hygiene openly and honestly. Menstruation is a natural part of life, yet millions of women and girls worldwide face numerous challenges in managing their periods. From lack of access to sanitary products to inadequate menstrual hygiene facilities, the struggles are real. But it's not just about access to products; it's also about breaking down societal taboos and myths surrounding menstruation. In many cultures, menstruating women are seen as impure or unclean, leading to exclusion and discrimination. It's time to challenge these harmful beliefs and promote menstrual dignity for all. So, what can we do? - Let's talk more openly about menstruation and menstrual hygiene. - Let's continue to provide access to safe and affordable sanitary products. - Let's continue to create menstrual-friendly facilities in schools, workplaces, and public spaces. - Let's continue to educate boys and men about menstruation and its importance. - Let's develop strategies to break down societal taboos and promote menstrual dignity. Together, we can create a world where menstruation is no longer a source of shame or stigma, but a natural and empowering part of life. Let's celebrate World Menstrual Hygiene Day by sparking conversations, challenging norms, and promoting menstrual justice for all. Happy World Menstrual Hygiene Day. #28thMay #WorldMenstrualHygieneDay #GirlChildEducation #WomanEmpowerment
