Role: Senior Visier Admin Location : Remote & Occasional travel to client site Visa : Any USA visa Responsibilities: Document security changes for seamless data auditing, including systems, processes, client interactions, projects, and solution design. Design data access solutions that utilize current security best practice and provide efficient and effective solutions to complex data access requests. Perform pre/post security implementation regression testing. User data access testing and validation Validate user data access levels and process new user requests. Validating sample files in Visier comparing data elements and summaries in Visier to what's in Workday, analyzing discrepancies and facilitating the resolution of any issues discovered. In Workday database structure data is organized into business objects, Object has instances and fields. Each instance represents a specific record, while each field represents a specific attribute or property of that record. For instance, Worker is a business object. Worker A and Worker B are specific instances with fields such as Job Title, Age, Gender, and Dependents. Workday links related business objects together through single instance or multi-instance fields. Related business objects enable you to access fields in a report that don’t belong to the primary business object. For example: The Dependents field within the Worker business object is a multi-instance field, meaning it can contain multiple instances of another business object called Dependent. Each Dependent instance would have its own attributes like Name, Relationship, Age, etc. This setup allows for the creation of relationships between different business objects, For example, you can access the fields belonging to the Dependent business while using it with Worker business object.
