✨ Outdoor Meetings: The Power of Natural Environments 🌳✨ Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful Vilalara Grand Hotel Algarve. The tranquility and space there are truly remarkable. In the photo, you can see their private park, which is an ideal spot for outdoor meetings. While they mentioned they don't have traditional meeting rooms, I see this as a significant advantage. This park, often used for weddings and morning yoga, also offers an excellent setting for business gatherings. Imagine organizing meetings in an informal setting, perhaps sitting on a blanket in the grass. This can bring a fresh and inspiring dynamic to discussions. Utilizing natural shaded areas instead of dark meeting rooms can contribute to a more relaxed and productive atmosphere. I am currently on a personal journey, having battle with my weight and fitness most of my life. I am 5 weeks in to my change of lifestyle and have already lost 5.5 inches across my body, not a huge figure for some, but it is progress and motivation for me to continue. I feel physically fitter, however training sessions continue to be challenging. I have increased my water intake and love using my #memobottle, a Christmas present from the other half after using the excuse too many times, that my old water bottle did not fit in my laptop bag. I can feel and see the improvement in myself now that I have increased my water intake. I was not aware, that the human brain is made up of about 75% water. Research shows us that even a mild 2% case of dehydration can decrease a persons productivity by up to 12%.
