As our team wraps QBRs and we lean into another strong quarter ahead – I wanted to shout out the recent promotions of Jacob Hitz as Deal Desk Associate and Dan Grille as Regional Sales Manager from my team. I’m incredibly proud of the work these two have put in to earn these spots. Here’s what they have done to elevate themselves to the next step in their careers: - They lean into doing the little things right, consistently. - They were bought into the process and coaching, as well as owned their own development – getting better every day and living a growth mindset. - Great communicators and collaborators (internally and externally). I’d also like to recognize others from my teams who found their next growth path outside of Varicent in the last couple of months who've exemplified these traits as well: Adam Cranley, Dillon Van Lankvelt and Joe Drabin! When launching my own Recruitment company, doubts filled my mind: Can I do it? What if I fail? Could I prove the doubters wrong? How long until placements begin? What if there are no placements at all? Reflecting on our short journey, I am immensely proud. Hearing genuine feedback from placed candidates is incredibly satisfying. It's a testament to our dedicated small team that is truly excelling. I used to find feedback posts tedious, along with dog and selfie posts.
