This full-time position is based at our District Administration Center and reports to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. What You'll Do: -Lead HR management, payroll, and benefits. -Develop and implement HR policies and strategies. -Oversee contract negotiations and enforce compliance. -Manage staffing, compensation, and benefits programs. -Lead our team in maintaining a robust personnel database and ensuring regulatory compliance. Who You Are: -Experienced in HR administration (minimum 3 years), with a background in education management preferred. -Master's degree in School Business or HR, JD preferred. -Skilled in employment law, labor relations, and compensation. -Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Her commitment to equity has been a consistent theme throughout her career, with significant contributions in her former roles as Assistant Director and Director of Student Services, where she worked tirelessly to bridge gaps in educational outcomes. A mentor to aspiring Latino leaders and an active member of educational affiliations like ALAS, Women Leading Ed, and our own district's DEI committee, Anna Marie's impact extends beyond our schools. She also volunteers with Braven, aiding first-generation college students in developing essential workforce skills.
