One of the ventures I’m involved in but don’t talk about that much is Creator Empires, where we partner with top creators to build out educational products for them. Let’s say you’re a YouTuber with 5 million subscribers, we partner with you to build out an entire course ecosystem based on your niche. For example, if you make videos about playing the guitar, we would build out a guitar “academy” for your students. You bring the traffic, we create the monetization. The result? Sparks fly! So, whereas in the newsletter, I’m teaching people how to do stuff themselves…in this business we do everything for them. This was an obvious direction to go in for a few reasons: • I know how to build education businesses • I have the credibility from StoryLearning and other partners • I have a big network of people in the industry This is a way for me to use my expertise to grow enterprise value in the exact same vertical, without much of my time needed, creating more stable, diversified income.

Social media has given people the ability to create fictitious lives and characters. Do the people that say they know you really know you? Are you pretending to be someone that deep down you are not? The attraction should not be the container it should be the content. The container will draw people to you, but the content will keep people coming back. Haven't we all been there? Let's be honest! Scrolling through LinkedIn, feeling a bit overwhelmed by the endless stream of success stories and inspirational quotes. Maybe even secretly thinking, "Is this stuff even real?" (Yep, that was me until December 2023!) Back then, I was the ultimate LinkedIn lurker. I'd occasionally like a post or share an article, but active participation? Forget about it. But then, something shifted. Maybe it was seeing so many inspiring entrepreneurs and VAs out there, crushing their goals. Maybe it was the realization that I actually had valuable knowledge to share. Whatever it was, I decided to stop lurking and start learning.  I started focusing on  ✔ Content Consistency ✔ Engaging with the Community ✔ Sharing Real Life Experiences ✔ Learning from Others And speaking of improvement, here are the 4 biggest lessons I've learned: ✅ Building relationships takes time and effort.  ✅ Vulnerability is a strength.  ✅ Consistency is key.  ✅ There's so much to learn! So, what does this all mean? Well, for me, it means I'm no longer a lurker. I'm an active participant in this amazing blue app. I'm still a work in progress, but I'm learning and growing every day.
