I help self employed to get a mortgage 👷3 CIS statements | 5% Deposit | 1 year Self Employed Accounts | First Time Buyers | Sub Contractors | Day rate contractors
I spend so much time banging on how we know the loop holes for you to borrow more but never tell you one of the most important things about our business 🤦🏻♂️ This will not mean a lot to you at first but it’s so important and probably keeps us ahead of our competitors. We are actually whole of market and most brokers are not….. We are a directly authorised firm. In mortgage world this is massive because it means we are whole of market and can use any lender and are not restricted to a panel of lenders like most mortgage brokers/firms. We are 100% independent and directly authorised by the FCA. Have a look at the bottom of any mortgage broker website and you will see they are an appointed representative or we are part of xyz network. This means they can’t be whole of market firstly but will also mean they are restricted to so many lenders. It also means they are very restricted with the advise they can give and you will spend more time signing disclaimers than gettting advise. Also don’t blame these advisers if they are grumpy because if you had to work in such a tight compliance framework getting a disclaimer signed at every corner, had to get your work checked by a random person who had no clue about your client and you know your not playing on an even field because your network is stuck a circle of covering their own arse you would grumpy to. The reason we are directly authorised is so we can do best for our customer and not have to shoehorn them into a box. Just have a look at the bottom of the websites and you will see how few mortgage brokers are actually whole if market.

How to File a Complaint Against a Mortgage Lender 1.📝 Document Your Concerns: 📑 Gather evidence, including loan documents, correspondence, and records of interactions. 2.🏦 Contact the Lender Directly: 📞 Initiate communication with the lender to resolve the issue informally. 📧 Keep records of all communications for reference. 3.🛡️ File a Formal Complaint: 📝 If unresolved, submit a formal complaint to the lender's complaints department. 📄 Provide detailed information about the issue and desired resolution. 4.⚖️ Seek External Assistance: 🤝 If dissatisfied with the lender's response, escalate the complaint to regulatory authorities or ombudsman services. 🌐 Utilize online complaint portals for regulatory bodies. Filing a complaint ensures accountability and seeks resolution for grievances against mortgage lenders.
