Without a doubt, one of the most enjoyable parts of my job is talking with Execs about their approach to solving problems and forming new strategies, but it's even better being able to go deep into their philosophical principles as leaders, and how this shapes their approach. Ernie Hu straddles the CRO and COO positions at PE-backed software firm CAST with real composure and humility. A great leadership example. I think we'll see more of these hybrid roles at the exec level, especially as lean and efficient growth remains the new normal. It's already happening and makes a lot of sense. Well worth listening to if you're in the revenue org and planning to level up.
