I've started organizing online events within my SaaS Founders Club community (https://lnkd.in/gtc4kJE3), which has grown to 10,000 members over the past 10 months. I've defined several event formats: 1. Show and tell, where SaaS founders present their products, receive feedback, and answer questions. 2. Expert Sessions: we invite experts to speak on specific topics followed by a Q&A session. 3. Mastermind groups: we discuss important topics as a group, breaking them down into 3 sub-questions. For me, it's an opportunity to boost confidence, practice English, meet new people, and learn from their experiences. Some have started companies in Hong Kong, others have developed AI-based products, and some have sold companies for hundreds of millions of dollars. Every interaction like this motivates me to evolve and explore new horizons.

Growth > exponential growth > extreme growth In the startup world, growth is the name of the game. The faster, the better. Hosting a community though, isn’t primarily about increasing the numbers. It’s about relevance. Same for organizing events. As we’re preparing for the next edition for SaaS Summit Benelux, our starting point is very simple: 👉 Relevance over growth. Simply attracting as many people as possible doesn’t guarantee impact. What makes a difference is curating a relevant audience. Having a strict door policy like this is scary. Every week, I have a few hard conversations with people who like to attend but do not qualify. Those calls suck, but I believe it’s our responsibility to do what we can to make this event worthwile. So, if you are a founder, C-level or VP-level exec of a SaaS company; 6 November 2024 is for you. A full-day conference where you’ll meet peers, investors and a select group of service providers. — Community for SaaS companies in the Benelux. I’m here to help you grow your SaaS business – faster and with more fun. Follow SaaS Summit Benelux for updates on our annual conference 💜

Member of the Month June 2024: Maria Trysla 🎉 🌟 Member Since: February 2024 🚀 MTP: Transforming SaaS and technology brands to their true revenue potential 🔍 Why ExO Matters to Maria: Introduced to OpenExO by Dr. Robin Rise, Maria found the ExO methodology instrumental in identifying inefficiencies within global and mid-market companies, enhancing her consultancy for fast-growing tech firms with tools like 'staff on demand'. Her participation in various ExO initiatives, such as the AI-Ready Assessment Co-Branding subcommittee, has enriched her perspective and fueled her commitment to continuous learning and improvement. 🌍 Background Insight: Maria is a former CEO who led two SaaS companies to achieve 65% revenue growth and successful exits. She now serves as a CMO advisor or fractional CMO for technology and SaaS companies that need refined branding and go-to-market strategies to align with their business goals, focusing on companies with investments up to $200M.

SaaS founders: This your last chance to join us! If you’re serious about making 2025 your breakout year, this is your opportunity. We’ve spent the last couple of months prepping to make this summit as valuable as possible for SaaS founders. Here’s why: In 2025, SaaS is only going to get more competitive. The AI boom is accelerating innovation (and commoditization), margins are under pressure, and every founder I’ve talked to is asking the same question: "How do we win in 2025?" This summit was designed to help you answer that. We’ve got two days packed with actionable content: ☑ On Day 1, we’ll help you map out a winning strategy to stand out in a crowded, AI-driven market. ☑ On Day 2, we’ll dive into how to make your goals inevitable. We’re bringing in top SaaS leaders who have been there and done that: Nathan Latka, Georgiana Laudi, Dirk Sahlmer, Alex Turnbull, and more. We’ve already got over 660 registrations. And we'll stop taking new ones soon. Register before we close. Link is in the comments 👇

It is one of my absolute favourite times of the week because it is the Boston New Technology (BNT) Roundup -- a callback to the days when I was just writing event-related content like announcements, recaps, etc. Speaking of that (side note), I can't not mention the incredible work of Jennifer Ejeh who has taken that to the next level. Every Monday without fail I get to know exactly what's going on, and that's critical. Now let me pull a Jennifer and roll my sleeves up. First up we've got BNT Stuff -- Pitch Practice is this Thursday same as always BUT we're making some changes starting October 14th. Stay tuned on what those updates hold and why Pitch Practice is about to get a lot more challenging (in a good way). Sign Up Here: Our upcoming event with Yaniv Yehuda and DBmaestro is also coming up on the 15th: Bridging the Divide: Integrating DevOps and Database Management. For all my #DevOps folks, you do not want to sleep on this. Like our work with Rezoomex, one of BNT's absolute favourite things to do is partner with the experts to give you the information and resources you need. Sign Up Here: https://lnkd.in/etBNEmbZ I hear Founder's Live Boston is back in town less than a week from now, Ezana Dawit. We'll be sure to check it out! https://lnkd.in/ei5DU5aj Next up, Ditch The Deck with Gregory Raiz and Enyu R. next Thursday. I love all these new effective formats rolling out to help founders get better -- period. What is particularly interesting about Ditch The Deck is the emphasis on the "showing" what you've actually been working on and avoiding a lot of the old tropes which BNT is also phasing out of for good. I highly encourage attending this event and supporting all the cross-innovation happening. Check It Out Here: https://lnkd.in/eJ5vWrDz Our good friend Victoria Yampolsky has put together something really special for female founders that has attracted a coalition of the best and the brightest. While we're super pleased to be a part of it, I'm even keener on YOU checking it out for yourselves and signing up. It is a jam-packed special summit, complete with music from Irina Sychov! Secure Your Spot: https://lnkd.in/erevA9er The awesome folks at Greentown Labs are putting on their phenomenal Climate Tech Summit as well on the 24th (be sure to stop by and come see us after at our Startup Showcase!): https://lnkd.in/eZ8h2qAJ Lastly -- props to my fellow Startup Captain of the Coffee Nebula Stephanie Roulic and Startup Boston for SBOS's great event this morning with the City and for the new Startup Boston Directory....and we'll be back next Wednesday! If I've missed an event, complain about it in the comments section below. If you want me to write about your event or add more robots to the banner, shoot me a DM! #startups #BostonNewTechnology #BNTRoundUp

As the year comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on everything we’ve built together and the people who made it possible. This year, I published my second book, The Product-Led Playbook—a resource I’m incredibly proud to share with SaaS founders and GTM leaders navigating the PLG journey. We also laid a solid foundation for the future of ProductLed by productizing what we do and making it easier than ever for SaaS companies to succeed with PLG. On top of that, we hosted our first-ever virtual summit, bringing together 270+ SaaS founders to refine their strategies and tackle 2025 head-on. It’s been a big year for our mission of helping SaaS companies scale smarter. But none of this would’ve been possible without our clients who trusted us to be part of their journey. And, of course, the incredible team behind the scenes. To my team: thank you for your drive, creativity, and commitment. You’ve helped turn big ideas into real impact, and I couldn’t be more grateful. • Laura, you were incredibly patient with the 16 rewrites for the book and helped take it to a whole new level. • Rodrigo, you helped us support our clients in a completely new way by providing execution support - this has been a game changer for our clients. • Harshith, you've helped me stay consistent at writing LinkedIn posts and raising the bar for my content here. • Missy, you've taken all our visuals to a whole new level. Excited to relaunch our new site with your new designs! And for everyone else on Team ProductLed, thank you! 2024 was special, but 2025 is going to be a hypergrowth year for ProductLed. So pumped for what's in store. Will share more in the new year. Happy growing!
