This week, we had the opportunity to attend the AHK Frankreich / Chambre Franco-Allemande de Commerce et d'Industrie (CFACI) conference, which focused on EY's biennial study of German companies operating in France. The event's roundtable discussion covered important topics, including the economic climate, business perceptions, and future opportunities for German businesses in France. We’re proud to share that our CEO, Tino Müller, contributed to this essential study, offering valuable insights from P3 France to the collective data. Despite current challenges, France continues to offer a dynamic market for businesses. Success in this space requires a tailored approach to meet the unique needs of French clients. #P3 #P3France #AHK #BusinessasUnusual #FrancoAllemand

Last week, BusinessEurope’s International Relations Committee, chaired by #Ibec's Pat Ivory convened in Berlin. The meeting, which included business federation members of BusinessEurope, discussed challenges facing European enterprises. In an ever increasingly complex global environment, businesses are searching for a balance between openness and economic security while trying to strengthen competitiveness without lessening ambition. Action is needed as the multilateral trading system remains at risk. Ibec and Irish business are clear on what is needed to enable business and the global institutions to work together to reach our common goals of growth and economic stability. This will involve addressing climate change, advancing the digital transition and sustaining a stable and open trade and investment environment. As highlighted in our ‘𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘯, 𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘴-𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴’ report, effective strategic autonomy must include a commitment to openness. Many thanks to BusinessEurope’s team for their fantastic work. Vielen Dank to our friends in BDI - Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V. for their exceptional hospitality - with particular thanks to Wolfgang Niedermark and Matthias Kraemer.
