Ensuring Safe and Effective Tablet 💊 Administration: Key Basics to Follow Administering medication correctly is crucial for ensuring its effectiveness and minimizing potential side effects. Here are some essential guidelines to follow when taking tablets: 1. Read the Label 👓: Always read the medication label carefully, including the dosage instructions and any special instructions related to food, drink, or other medications. 2. Use the Correct Dosage ✔️: Measure the dosage accurately. Do not split tablets unless they are scored and your healthcare provider has instructed you to do so. 3. Timing is Key ⏰: Take your medication at the prescribed times. Some medications need to be taken on an empty stomach, while others should be taken with food. 4. Proper Hydration 🚰: Swallow tablets with a full glass of water. This helps ensure the tablet moves smoothly through the esophagus and is properly absorbed in the stomach. 5. Avoid Crushing or Chewing ✖️: Unless specified, do not crush or chew tablets. This can alter the medication’s effectiveness and increase the risk of side effects. 6. Storage Matters🫙: Store your medication as instructed, usually in a cool, dry place. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. 7. Monitor Side Effects 🧐 : Be aware of possible side effects. If you experience any unusual symptoms, contact your healthcare provider immediately. 8. Stay Informed 👩⚕️ : Keep a list of all your medications, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements, and share this with your healthcare providers. By following these basic guidelines, you can help ensure that your medication is as effective and safe as possible. Remember, always consult with your healthcare provider or pharmacist if you have any questions about your medication. Don't gamble with your health! Compounding pharmacies are your ticket to supplements you can trust. Compounded meds are made to order and are only approved for patient use after meeting purity and testing requirements. Did you know some OTC supplements can get away with just 20% efficacy of what's claimed on the bottle, due to lack of regulation? Don't settle for guesswork—invest in quality with compounding pharmacies for maximum bang for your buck! #personaldevelopment #health #wellness #innovation #technology #sustainability

HOW TO COMBAT INFLAMMATION?? Inflammation is basically caused when our immunity is not strong the way it should be to shield our organ systems from inside breakouts and outside harm and our body highlights the issue for us to pay attention to by becoming inflamed. > Supplementation of some vitamins can help you out recovering from that situation **WATCH OUT! In the United States, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not regulate supplements the way it regulates prescription drugs. That means some supplement products may not contain what the label says. When choosing a supplement, look for third-party tested products and consult a healthcare provider, registered dietitian nutritionist (RD or RDN), or pharmacist.

Finding evidence to support your product claims - a lovely testimonial for our course. Although this course is designed to comply with Australian TGA regulations for complementary medicines it would be equally of benefit to companies in other countries who sell “dietary supplements”. (Back in March the TGA fined a company $82,500 for failing to hold evidence for their product claims). "I recently completed the TGA Evidence Requirements Course offered by RTD and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The course content was thorough, up-to-date, and presented in a highly engaging and informative manner. Abbie is incredibly knowledgeable and made herself available to answer questions, providing real-world examples that made such a complex topic, easy to understand. While I already had a strong regulatory background, this course significantly enhanced my understanding of TGA evidence requirements. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their knowledge and expertise in TGA evidence requirements."
