1moI had very different experience with paired. I had one way video interview - got selected.. Prepared presentation and got selected. Final interview was scheduled and no one turned up!! Later got a mail that they are not proceeding with my application despite I know there were only 3 people till final round and only I was the one who's presentation got selected.
