Great organization on the right mission

To father figures around the world, stand tall and proud as the children you raise seek to make this world a better place for their generations. In 1986, my father co authored a study developing a four item structured self report scale. This article reviews the psychometric properties and tests the concurrent and predictive validity of a structured four-item self-reported adherence measure which can be easily integrated into the medical visit. Results showed the scale to demonstrate both concurrent and predictive validity with regard to blood pressure control at 2 years and 5 years, respectively. This tool became known as the Morisky Green Levine or MGL /MAQ and is the most highly cited article in medication adherence in the world, even to this day being used in standard practice in the largest institutions in the world. https://lnkd.in/g8C_ATZR

Sometimes, letting the engineering team speak to the real problems can motivate the client towards real solutions. This whole notion of sales teams and engineering teams not being on the same page is a problem that I continually have to solve for companies, when brought in to handle "system issues". Sales teams provide feedback for engineers on the customer experience, and defines the fiscal opportunity/risk. Engineering teams provide insights to sales on design decisions, scheduling, known solutions, and should be the metric for a businesses productivity levels. Imagine using the same search for records management. That's most "In-Place" products. They use the native search that's on your Outlook, Teams etc. I call them piggy-backers. If you hear connectors or APIs in their pitch, you are getting a 🐷-backer. Pro Tip: Go to teams and try running a search. See how much of a horror story that is.
