Military camaraderie is defined as... A unique bond that transcends time, duty, and service. It is a connection that is often hard to describe yet so palpable for those who've experienced it. Whether on the front lines or during times of peace, the sense of belonging and mutual respect within the military community is unparalleled.
I am often asked during TAP sessions... "What is the main difference that I experienced between serving in the military compared to thirty years in corporate America?" That question is easy to answer... The feeling of camaraderie is innate in our armed forces and rare to find in the private sector.
We have ~250,000 service members transition out of the military each year. These service members bring the spirit of camaraderie to any organization. This means they can be a positive influence to unify members of an organization together, as one team, to achieve the best possible results.

Aviation Spine Specialist SME
Physiotherapist for USN & USMC, SOF, military, & comm air aircrew.
Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
Mitigating spine pain to keep you in the seat.
Aircrew: it’s important to have a spine health program to stay in the seat.
We have data since 1997.
When I got started with aircrew, I brought interventions from the spine world that have helped patients for decades.
Pain is usually the driver for a down chit: the functional activity is too painful.
♻️💪🏻: Paradigm Shift: did you know know there are interventions that alleviated pain in the ready room, after BFM flights, and eliminated the need to go to medical?
5/6 aircrew had 0/10 pain or limitations in the ready room. 1/6 felt “a little achy, but much better.”
This doesn’t have to be your future.
The same goes for SOF warfighters.

This is all true, but potentially irrelevant. You can have the best army to fight the previous war, but is it the best army for the next war?
The quality of the people and their organization can be a huge competitive advantage. But if they are not trained in modern war and are not equipped to fight it, can they prevail?
The drone war of today and tomorrow requires different equipment, different training, and different unit organization than today's US Army. The United States Marine Corps has started to adapt to the new reality. The US Navy and United States Air Force are lagging behind.
The US spend more money on defense than the next seven nations combined, but is it spending it on the right things? In the right ways? The US has become the high-cost producer of almost everything, yet in war, low-cost mass production is critical.
The recent RAND study is quite damning and, frankly, scary about how ill-prepared the US is to fight a real war.

🪖 What's key challenge for Modi’s third term in defence field?
A key challenge for Modi 3.0 will be sustaining the momentum of military modernization.
Over the past years, the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force have seen upgrades, including:
▪️Navy’s first indigenous aircraft carrier;
▪️New destroyers and submarines;
▪️Advanced fighter jets for the Air Force.
🚀 India has also taken major steps towards self-reliance in weapons manufacturing.
General Mark A. Milley is the 20th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff USA Army.
Geostrategic competition and rapidly advancing technology are driving fundamental changes to the character of war. Our opportunity to ensure that we maintain an enduring competitive advantage is fleeting. We must modernize the Joint Force to deter our adversaries, defend the United States, ensure future military advantage, and, if necessary, prevail in conflict. The Joint Force has taken the first step by developing and publishing the Joint Warfighting Concept (JWC) and updating Joint Publication 1, Doctrine for the Armed Forces of the United States. The JWC is a joint, combined vision for how the U.S. military will operate across all domains. The next step is to create a leadership structure that turns concepts into capabilities. The Joint Force must make fundamental changes now to win the next war and, by doing so, we will deter the war from happening in the first place.
20 Sep 06:50: ‘NCOs without surveillance and attack drones, counter-drones, small unit EW, flying grenades, UGV-deployable mines and ammo delivery and casualty recovery, and flying thermite/wp dispensers are going to feel like US Grant’s troops fighting George Patton.
All of these technologies are available, inexpensive (compared with other stuff we currently buy), easily adaptable and upgradable on the base platforms — and should ALREADY be in service with all of our infantry, armour, artillery, and recon units.
Washington fiddles and runs along at the same old ponderous pace while the clock ticks.

Me (TSz): ‘ … AND time to also ignore Putin lies and his so called ‘Red Lines’ … which Putin seems superbly to continue to control Biden … such that Biden continues to protect Russian territory at the expense of Ukraine’s?
