I was debating the difference in videos we'll be seeing amongst all the different platforms especially with the push LinkedIn is now doing in this direction too. Length-wise we're seeing content doing well on LinkedIn of all sorts - ranging from 1 to 90 seconds. LinkedIn seems to value the variety in your content above most other characteristics. Content-wise, education and interview style videos are showing very good engagement levels here but don't forget to diversify with entertaining content too. From what I'm seeing, LinkedIn is trying to be able to cover everything in one place but as most creators are beginning to diversify I would say it's not a smart idea to bank only on a single platform. Build a social media empire, not just a single-platform kingdom.

Starbucks's CEO stepped down Tuesday, and the company tapped Chipotle's CEO and "corporate fix-it man" Brian Niccol to step in. A 700 location restaurant company just went bankrupt. 🦞 And it’s due to increased prices. Their revenue was growing artificially due to constant pricing increases. Which caused a steady decline in guest count. Eventually forcing them into bankruptcy. If this isn’t reason enough to avoid raising prices in order to battle rising costs. I don’t know what is. $113 million in total compensation and WFH on a California beach 🏖️. That's the power move Starbucks’ new CEO, Brian Niccol, just pulled off! For the second time, he has made a career move that has not required him to move out of his home in Newport Beach, California. Niccol successfully negotiated the same swanky deal in the past when he became the CEO of Chipotle. However, later Chipotle shifted its headquarters from Denver to Newport Beach. During Niccol’s reign at Chipotle, the stock price skyrocketed by an astounding 𝟴𝟬𝟬% in just six years! 🚀 Before Chipotle, Niccol steered a similar success story for TacoBell where he served as the CEO from 2015 to 2018. “𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗹𝗱, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝗲,” Niccol told the Los Angeles Times in 2015.
