So much work goes into refining our AF workflows, and it is always eye-opening to see how other considerations beyond the ablation strategy and mapping system can impact the case. In a recent PVI with Glenn Dym, MD, FACC, we directly compared ablation catheter stability in sinus rhythm vs. CS pacing. Astonishing to actually see the added catheter stability with CS pacing. This can be appreciated in the visual catheter movement and the consistency of the contact force graph at the bottom of the video.
