We're thrilled to welcome our new Director of Food Production for the West Coast, Henk Drakulich! Henk joins us with extensive knowledge in multi-unit food and beverage management, having previously worked at La Brea Bakery and Villa Blanca. In his free time, he enjoys cooking for friends and family, golfing, and traveling. In his new role, Henk will be responsible for ensuring execution at the highest level for food quality, food safety/sanitation, and will serve as a confidant to our Food & Beverage Team to deliver positive guest experiences. He's most excited to represent Paris Baguette in producing the highest quality products possible. Welcome to the PB Family!
