Term 3 of Propel has taken off with 75 public sector managers preparing to soar to new leadership heights. 🚀 The Commission’s Olivia Gialuisi and Melissa Ballantyne are taking part in the 10 week development program and are excited to apply their new knowledge. “There are so many practical learnings that can be put into effect straight away,” Olivia says. Melissa agrees. “The facilitators have very diverse backgrounds and bring a lot of real world experiences,” she says. “So you don’t just get the textbook learning, you also get to absorb their on the job knowledge.” They agree the program is a valuable opportunity to grow their personal leadership skills and contribute to building a high performing public sector.
