There are so many resources on this website for coaches, mentors and supervisors who want to find out more about supervision for personal and professional development. Also worth having a look at the accreditation process on the EMCC Global if you’re a supervisor already and/or you want to find an accredited supervisor.

In my experience, a website, some videos, or podcasts can demonstrate my skills. Right now developing a website seems like the most promising but also the most demanding method.

How to get 125% more out of PODCASTS.... A simple way to get even more out of them is listen at 1.25x speed. Over the course of a year you will get 25% more information in the same amount of time invested listening. Everyday I find time (typically driving) to listen to relevant podcasts and find them to be very helpful !

Looking at medical podcasts today ... it's surprising how few website hosts offer a transcript option (so far, the BMA is the only one I've found that does).
