#QueerTWENTY by egomonk turns 4 this year. So, here are 4 #allyship lessons I picked up from the thousands of hours we've invested in spotlighting 80 LGBTQIA+ (and counting) role models for India. 💡 What's your act of allyship in 2024?

At YLD, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and continuously strive to improve our support for the LGBTQIA+ community. It's time we began pushing boundaries to build an environment that's more accepting and loving. An environment where inclusivity feels natural, and isn't looked at as a privilege. It's time we started looking beyond these boundaries to spark conversations, which in turn create real-world impact. Cos closets are for clothes, not for identities.
