As a woman in the tech industry, I’m proud to see the strides we’ve made in driving innovation and shaping the future. It’s crucial to recognize the pivotal role women play in advancing technology and fostering inclusion. I believe that this requires a dual approach: systemic change from organizations and proactive engagement from women themselves. Happy Womens Day to all the great Women in the world 😊 The theme for International Women’s Day 2024 is “Inspire Inclusion.” This campaign theme emphasizes the importance of diversity and empowerment across all societal sectors. When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there’s a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. Let’s collectively work towards a more inclusive world for women. When women are believed to be a multitasker there is also lot of contributions of women from all phases of life leading to better decision making and innovations.
