In 2022-23, we have had three different coaches in B2B marketing, and hence the continuous success. What worked? 1. Funnel structure 2. Marketing structure 3. Sales support 4. Generating and closing BIG ticket 5. Authority building The only thing that we couldn't upgrade with their help - 'outbound'. Outbound had been our strength and our hunger to get better kept us hustling for more. Closing deals at much lower CAC, and faster (+opportunity cost) Yes, outbound sounds very challenging in 2023, but, if you don't stick to it and keep hustling, you are looking at a lot of paid ad budget where competition and ad-cost and skill demand is simply growing faster than anything.
