I can't think of a single person I've hired with a jumpy resume who has worked out long-term. "These job-hoppers usually last a little under 2yrs per company on average." -- Founder, Brett Adcock, recently said this on Twitter (X) and went viral. But here's a screenshot of his company's LinkedIn tenure (check it if you don't believe me). Archer Aviation - 1.7 years median tenure Figure - .9 years median tenure 🤷♂️... not kidding I'm not advocating for job hopping, I certainly wish I could sport longer tenure - but I wanted to make this call out: Start-ups are volatile. If you want people with long-tenure, create a culture that fosters long-term growth. That's all.
