L’Oréal will be 115-year-old this year, but it never feels old at all thanks to the new generation of talents joining the company. It’s refreshing to see how they share my values despite our age gap – working passionately, having fun working, and being vocal about their opinions. These are parts of the L’Oréal values that transcend age and generations. Giving people especially young talents a freedom to express their opinions is a very important mechanic here. It’s the first step towards developing their entrepreneurial spirit. When their voice is heard, they feel appreciated. They would feel that they are part of the success. For me, it’s important that young talents feel that they have an important role to play in building the future of this big corporation, and that they are proud of playing that role. #Teamwork #YoungTalent #People #LOrealGroupe #PoepleManagement

🌟 Know Your Worth: A Lesson from L'Oréal 🌟 In a world that's constantly evolving and challenging our boundaries, one thing remains vital: knowing your worth. This message is beautifully encapsulated in L'Oréal’s iconic tagline, "Because You’re Worth It." It’s more than a slogan—it’s a powerful affirmation that speaks directly to our professional lives. Your voice is a powerful tool in shaping your career trajectory. 🔹 Seek Growth and Development: Investing in yourself—whether through learning new skills, seeking mentorship, or pursuing new opportunities—reflects the belief that you are worth the effort. As we navigate our professional paths, let L'Oréal’s message be a daily reminder: You are worth it. Embrace it. Own it. Is beauty superficial? This video explains beauty in such simple and beautiful words Beauty is indeed a captivating and multifaceted concept. It transcends the mere physical appearance, extending into the realms of emotion, perception, and individuality. Beauty lies in so many things like in #diversity . It's the celebration of different cultures, traditions, and perspectives. Embracing this diversity enriches our understanding of what beauty truly means, something that we really advocate in L'Oréal Beauty is also a feeling, an emotion stirred by a beautiful sunset, a touching melody, or a heartfelt gesture. It's an experience that touches our soul and transcends the boundaries of the physical. Moreover, #beauty is about embracing imperfections and seeing the extraordinary in the ordinary
Many people think that beauty is superficial, but in doing so, they are not looking deeply enough. Listen as our Chief Corporate Affairs and Engagement Officer, Blanca Juti, explains the Essentiality of Beauty. Beauty has been an essential human need since the beginning of time. By understanding all the aspects of it, we can construct a real, responsible, and inclusive beauty. Our mission at L'Oréal Groupe is to #CreateTheBeautyThatMovesTheWorld.

Today, I’m 25th years old…………. at Loreal 😉 This week, I’m turning my anniversary at Loreal. So many learnings about Operations….Do you want to know which ones ? ✅Expertise is foundation but Business is your final target ✅Customer centricity is not a claim, it’s a motto. And suppliers’ partnership a big part of the way. ✅Best asset is the teams. Unleash their magic is the definitive solution. ✅Operations have no gender. Talent is everywhere whatever your gender, your origin, your age, …. ✅Humb-bold. A mix of humility to “never stop learning" and fortitude because transformation need ambition I would like to pay a special tribute to the amazing managers have met in my path at L'Oréal. Impossible to mention all of them but just the last ones who really lead me to what I am now… Thank you 💟 to Jean-François Moulin, Ersi Pirishi, Fabrice Megarbane, Daniel Seh, Damien Decouvelaere, JC Letellier. #team, #weareloreal, #MyOperationsStory, #operations, #supplychain, #loyalty, #consumer

MY FIRST 6 MONTHS AT L'Oréal✅ Several studies show that onboarding lasts between 3 and 6 months, but throughout my life I have reflected on this topic, both from the HR perspective and from the newcomer side. I realized that I can't give any precise number of months, since the length of this period is personal and variable. But one thing I know for sure: The first months are crucial to see if employees can fit in. And spoiler alert, after 6 months at L'Oréal, I do fit in L'Oréal. 🤩 Happy to share some success factors of my Onboarding: 📚 Welcome day in the first month where I reinforced my decision to make part of this love brand. Small presentations on critical topics for those who are new in the company: mission, culture, brands, performance review, benefits, learning and development opportunities, useful contacts … 👣 FIT Roadmap: 1:1 sessions with key stakeholders and colleagues with whom I would interact most 👨🎓 FIT Discovery: 2 days of immersion in the mission, culture and areas of the company through the presentation of several company leaders, including the CEO (yes, Onboarding here is really a priority) 💄 Participation in an internal Brands Fair to get to know and fall in love with the L'Oréal's brands and products (Did you know that more than 36 global brands spans 4 divisions? check here the portfolio: https://lnkd.in/gw7aFTan) 🏭 Visit L'Oréal Burgos factory, where some products are produced for the whole world - it's amazing!! (prove it for yourself with the 360° Virtual Tour https://lnkd.in/dw7eTme7) 🍸 After work: social moments that promoted networking with colleagues from other areas and fun moments 🌍 D&I Workshop a very practical session where we deconstructed concepts 💬 Spanish classes, first with Busuu to feel more comfortable with a new language and after group classes to learn with others ✈ Team visit to the portuguese office that reinforced the collaboration and engagement within the Cluster 🗝 Learning by doing with the participation of projects and initiatives such as performance review, leadership programs, international visits,... ¡Muchas gracias a todos los que dedicaron su tiempo a mi Onboarding! Let's continue 'Creating the beauty that moves the world' #WeAreLoreal
