The goal is to create a unified environment where clients can experience multiple professional services in one seamless location. The design draws inspiration from the 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞, incorporating bold geometric patterns, luxurious materials, and an aesthetic that balances functionality and elegance. The 5-steps process I follow to design from scratch and visualize my projects - like I did with "Minimalist Villa Ludwig" (rendering attached) - has a solid structure and if you're curious about it, please check these 5 steps as shown below: 1. I channel the concept idea, I do the interior space planning, the exterior architectural design of the project, and the landscape (garden, courtyard, backyard, terrace, patio, balcony). 2. I model the building and the landscape in ArchiCAD (terrains like mountains, islands and more complexed ones are easy to model). 3. I render the project and do the enhancements of the final output using advanced AI for an ultra-high realistic renderings like the one attached in this post. 4. Once we agree on the final concept, I send you the renderings, the 3D model and any other detailed information - presentation with materials, construction method, finishes etc - you require to continue the design with your team and deliver it to your client. 5. Once you have completed the design with your own team, I can undertake the final renderings for the presentation with your client, in similar ultra-high realistic quality renderings like the one attached in this post.
