Why are high-quality, unique perfumes becoming so expensive, some may ask? But what’s more important to consider is why so many people end up wearing the same perfumes. Even niche fragrances are at risk of becoming mainstream. Take the amazing Baccarat Rouge phenomenon by Francis Kurkdjian (RRP £220 for 35ml). Over time, these exquisite, high-priced fragrances become commonplace and highly recognisable, diminishing their niche appeal as more people wear them. Instead, the new standard of luxury is about offering a completely unique olfactory experience to every customer – as true luxury isn’t about the price tag but about crafting a unique, personal olfactory identity that is theirs alone. https://lnkd.in/dTN4zFJA #Fragrance #LuxuryPerfumery #NichePerfume
