One of the best ways you can lose weight is by setting landmark goals.
A landmark goal is a smaller, more attainable goal on the path towards your end goal.
Most people fail in their weight loss journey because they focus too much on their end goal.
For example. If you want to lose 20 pounds, you’re probably super motivated in the beginning.
But you inevitably see fluctuations in your weight day after day, week after week, that cause you to get frustrated, and quit.
This is why landmark goals are so powerful.
Instead of focusing on 20 pounds, break it up into 4 x 5 pound landmarks.
This is much more realistic and attainable!
