Peachtree Immediate Care’s Post

Earlier this month, our location in Douglasville, Georgia, reopened to patients after being closed since June for renovations. The updated facility now includes an improved layout for better patient experience, staff workflow, functionality, and aesthetics. Big thanks to the internal teams who were instrumental in this project: John Richmond, SVP of Corporate Development; AJ Segal, Director of Construction; Vanessa Lind, Senior Director of Special Projects; NaKenya Lewis, MBA, Regional VP of Operations; Susan Bruce, Regional Director of Operations; the marketing team for all of their assistance; and all of our Douglasville staff who flexed to other locations during the closure. We’d also like to thank our external partners, Chattahoochee Construction Group and Place Maker Design, for their expertise and professionalism throughout the process.

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, meet Alexandria Hodges, LPC, NCC, our licensed behavioral health provider. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Georgia State University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).  Alex has a warm spirit that is inviting to all her clients. She is passionate about helping her clients discover their true potential and live meaningful lives by boosting their self-confidence and equipping them with tools to overcome emotional challenges. She uses a variety of techniques and theories based on the unique needs of the individual, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. Alex believes that slowing down from everyday life stressors and focusing on the moment allows individuals to find greater self-awareness and recognize their potential. She also believes in establishing a strong therapeutic relationship to foster growth and encourages clients to take part in a collaborative working process. Alex has worked with adults facing trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges. Additionally, she is experienced in serving clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. With her extensive experience and compassionate approach, she is dedicated to guiding clients toward a path of personal growth and well-being. Recently, the CRH Healthcare, LLC Training Team held annual validation training for Peachtree Immediate Care regional staff at the Austell location. Regional Clinical Coordinators, Regional Clinical Trainers, and Regional Front Desk Trainers received hands-on training on all aspects of patient care and operations, such as improving customer service opportunities, patient intake, and relevant skills for ensuring patient safety. The day’s themes—complete with t-shirts and plush pickles—were “What is your pickle?” and “You’re kind of a big dill.” 🥒
