I have seen my team taking naps. I have noticed my team taking an extra 10-15 minutes after lunch break. I have observed my colleagues logging off early. I have witnessed the team talking on the phone, watching movies, gossiping, and yawning. None of this matters to me at all because they all are humans too. One does not need to overreact and expect your team to work for the next 9 hours straight. Giving 100% does not mean sitting and working all the time.
