In the current market, ticking every box on your wish list might be optimistic, so be clear about what's most important. ✔️ Interview candidates as soon as you can and try to be flexible with times. Be prepared to move fast if you see someone you like. 😶 Give feedback! This one is essential, even if the candidate is unsuitable.
