What does organizational cultural transformation look like and sound like? I would love to hear what others are doing within their organizations. Below is a taste of what Cultural Transformation looks like and sounds like at Adelante Healthcare. #organization #culture #transformation #healthcare
🌟 This week, Adelante Healthcare is celebrating National Health Center Week, and I couldn't be prouder of the transformation our organization has undergone. We've worked tirelessly to realign our mission, vision, and values to better reflect who we are and where we're headed. Under the leadership of our CEO, Pedro Cons, and with input from our incredible employees—the true heartbeat of this organization—we've strategically crafted new core values. To bring these to life, we created the acronym INSPIRE to brand our values, highlighting the inspiring work we do every day. Yesterday, seeing everyone proudly wearing their new INSPIRE t-shirts was a moment of pride. It reminded me of how far we've come over the past decade. I am grateful to have been a part of this incredible transformation. 💙 #NationalHealthCenterWeek #Inspire #Healthcare #MissionDriven
Life serving others grants the most fulfillment.
2moIn my organization, we have a first interview that has little to do with the skills of the candidate and more to do with their heart, their values, and how they discuss others in their orbit. It has to work from the very beginning, to make sure that the company expectation is that everyone is treated as a human being, with dignity, a voice, and thoughtfulness to the needs of each person. Since our team addresses the needs of patients who live in poverty, we do not bring on a team member unless we know that they will see that patient as a person who deserves optimal health and to be able to be heard, listened to, and treated as well as they would treat their own child or parent. When we start there, we have a great team who collaborates and never stops looking for ways to improve, to solve problems, and to enjoy being part of the team.
