What another fantastic session with the team at Portwest in Killarney this week. I worked with the team on: 💰 Selling styles on the Shopfloor and how to connect, engage and build brand loyalty with shoppers. 🧍♀️🧍🧍♂️Identifing customer profiles on the Shopfloor and having a selling preference for that customer persona. 🛍️🛒 Lots of role plays on how to upsell and link sell with shoppers through meaningful conversations that engage and connect with customers. Excited to share that I've been awarded the "2023 Most Improved AE of the Year" for Team Atlantic at SpotOn! Certainly, 2023 has been challenging personally and professionally but also a very rewarding year for me. Reflecting on my first complete year at SpotOn, here are some key takeaways (still learning!): -It's okay to professionally redefine yourself in the business environment: New country, position, industry. It doesn't matter the age, just the willingness to try. -It's perfectly fine to seek help when things don't go as expected- Friends, Family, and colleagues can play a crucial role in helping regain focus. -Pressure is inevitable, and it's part of the game. SUCCESS! How do you celebrate a big win? Personally, I thank God, and then I get back to work. Our client secured an order from Walmart for 100,000 pieces of each of their two products. Reaching that level of distribution is a huge win. For them and for us! This client had been struggling to break into Walmart for a while. Their product was good, but they were getting rejected BECAUSE of their packaging. We got to work. We completely redesigned the look and feel of the packaging so we could grab the customers' attention with the product's main features. The results were terrific. So satisfying Have you ever worked with a client and helped them achieve a major goal, like getting their products into a big retail store? When they came to me, Moments like that are why I love what I do - helping clients solve problems, seize opportunities, and hit major milestones through strategic branding and packaging solutions.
