With wages being cut (by proportion due to Cost of Living (COL) and inflation) over the last 20ish years, especially the last 10, this is a huge win. The driver's union for UPS, the writers' guild in Hollywood, and now car manufacturers were able to fight for major wage increases in the last 6 months. Too much money has been squeezed 'up' in the US. The middle class is becoming indentured servants and not American citizens.
