How do you transform an existing office into a space that meets the needs of a global powerhouse? When Koch Industries appointed us to design their new London workspace, we saw an opportunity to repurpose and reimagine 20 Wood Street, creating a workplace that reflects their ambitions while making the most of an existing space. The reimagined workplace includes: 🛋️ Rejuvenated welcome area inviting visitors into the space and highlighting the rich history of the Koch Industries. 🍵 Large breakout space flooded with natural light and with views of the iconic Gresham Street, offering opportunities for colleagues to socialise and collaborate. 🌍 Sustainable elements intertwined throughout the design, including reused furniture and adaptations of pre-existing spaces. This new workplace not only enhances the overall experience for both visitors and employees, but transforms it into one that distinctly belongs to Koch Industries.
