Here are key conditions and practices to ensure your seals remain in top condition: Storage Conditions 1 Keep temperature below 38°C. 2 Avoid direct heat sources like boilers, radiators, and sunlight. 3 Maintain relative humidity below 75%. 4 Prevent ozone exposure by avoiding ozone-generating equipment. Storing Conditions 1 Store elastomeric seals free from stress or deformation. 2 Form large O-rings into loops to avoid creasing. Compatibility Conditions 1 Keep seals away from liquids or semi-solids like gasoline, greases, acids, and cleaning fluids. 2 Avoid contact with metals like copper, manganese, and iron. 3 Prevent contact between different elastomers. 4 Individually package bonded seals to prevent contact between metal parts and elastomeric elements.
