7 Groundbreaking innovations from 🇮🇳 India, for the world: 1. Digital Payments Revolution: #UPI or United Payments Interface has made bank-to-bank payments swift, seamless and accessible to billions! 2. Aadhar: the world's largest biometric ID system with over a billion enrolled. #Aadhaar's success has made it a model for many countries looking to establish a biometric-based national ID system. 3. RLV (Reusable Launch Vehicle): #ISRO has recently made significant progress with the RLV project. On April 2, 2023, they successfully tested the RLV's ability to land autonomously which brings us one step closer to developing spacecraft that can be used for multiple missions. 4. Supercomputers: India's supercomputing prowess was highlighted with the development of 'Pratyush' and 'Mihir', among the fastest #supercomputers in the world. 5. Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC): An initiative likened to UPI for the e-commerce space, #ONDC aims to bring billions of local shops online and is expected to generate 3 billion orders per month. 6. Shakti Microprocessor: Developed by students at IIT Madras, this is India's first indigenous #microprocessor. It's a testament to India's growing capabilities in semiconductor design. 7. NavIC: The Navigation with Indian Constellation #NavIC is an independent regional navigation satellite system developed by ISRO. Designed to provide accurate position information services to users in India and surrounding regions. Going through these achievements (and I have missed out on quite a few), I feel proud to be a small part of such a big revolution. I'm constantly inspired by #India's technological innovations and their global impact. These achievements not only showcase the brilliance and determination of our nation but also underline the immense potential and talent we have. On this Independence Day, let's celebrate the spirit of innovation and the boundless possibilities that lie ahead. Having a positive attitude in any situation makes a difference and the game changer. Always look for positivity in all situations: Notice good things as they happen. Train your mind to believe you can make good things happen in your life. Don't blame yourself when things go wrong. When something good happens, give yourself credit. Remind yourself that setbacks are temporary.

15 years and counting... can you read this short story until the end? In the cozy confines of a shared bedroom in Rathmines, Dublin, amidst the echoes of the 2008 financial crisis, a dream was set in motion – Swappsi software, a beacon of #innovation and support for businesses and #startups. (too much? 🫣) Our journey began 15 years ago... I couldn't have ignited this dream without my co-founder and best friend Andreas Lovbrand, who, from his similar setup in Uppsala, shared this vision. Those early days were as exciting as they were uncertain. Andreas and I, had countless late-night brainstorming sessions, because we were determined to make a difference amidst the chaos of the "Great Recession" (2008). Our "remote first" approach was unusual back then, but it was seamless from day one, setting new standards of collaboration and efficiency. Swappsi was born with two pivotal missions at the time: 1️⃣ To help companies navigate and thrive during one of the most challenging economic times, the Great Recession of 2008, through streamlined processes thank to #custom software #solutions 2️⃣ To empower non-tech #startup founders, turning their innovative ideas into tangible, impactful realities. Today, 15 years later, we stand not only as witnesses to our professional achievements but as proud creators of a legacy built on resilience, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Yet, what truly makes Swappsi what it is today is the incredible people who have consistently embodied our shared values, delivering unparalleled service and professionalism. While there are many individuals whose dedication has been pivotal, today, I want to extend a special thank you to our first employee, Sasikala Varatharajan (Sasi). Her empathy towards our customers and her dedication were not just commendable but were the first stepping stones in building the talented and dedicated team that makes Swappsi stand out today.
