We promise that, yes, you can: 🔹 Find an agency that knows deeptech (truly knows it) 🔹 That puts talented, well-paid, non-burned-out people on your account 🔹 Who come up with (and execute) creative, successful strategies (you don't have to have all the ideas!) 🔹 All without you paying 20,000 euros a month for the privilege (seriously, at that point, hire someone instead) It doesn't need to be us here at Maneuvre, either! There are many other great tech PR agencies. To make sure they're right for you, be sure to vet their work AND workplace. TL;DR: Visionaries need high performers to make their vision come true. Make sure your agency has hired them, and make sure they have the support to sprint alongside you. 🌟 Is "Best Place to Work" Just a Title?🌟 In today’s competitive business landscape, many companies prominently display the title of "Best Place to Work" on their websites and marketing materials. But the real question is: How do their employees feel about it? While this accolade may attract new talent, does it genuinely reflect the employee experience? Furthermore, what happens when customers start to lose trust in companies that flaunt these titles? In Portugal, numerous organizations grant these accolades based on a combination of employee surveys, workplace policies, and overall company culture. However, the narrative can differ significantly between an organization's self-proclaimed reputation and the truth experienced by its workforce. One troubling phenomenon arises when former employees of these "best" workplaces find themselves denied opportunities elsewhere simply because they hail from such companies. What does this say about a title that is meant to showcase a positive work environment? The implications of this disconnect are profound. A prized title should not only stand for recognition but also indicate a commitment to integrity, employee well-being, and ultimately, customer satisfaction. As we dive into this complex subject, let’s strive for transparency and dialogue.
