With 124 participants from 12 countries we are ready to lift off and start the journey of Job shadowing for Talents, that is the first program offered as part of Talents@T-Systems, the first-ever global talent initiative at T-Systems International. 🚀 Yesterday's kick-off session, featuring an inspiring keynote from our program sponsor Andreas Heselschwerdt, set the stage for success. Learn more about him👇 ⭐𝗪𝗵𝘆 & 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝟮? On April Fool’s Day in 2019 (and was only a little worried it was all an elaborate prank). ⭐𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴? I’ve always loved working closely with the leaders I’ve supported. When I first joined G2 5 years ago, I felt true partnership from my stakeholders and that my perspective was valued. It’s easy for recruiting to be an “order-taking” job, but here you’re a core part of the strategy and decision-making. ⭐𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗚𝟮’𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝟯 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀? Driven, Committed, Balance ⭐𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝟮? I always get a surge of pride when someone I helped hire wins a PEAK award. It’s a clear way to see the value of my work at G2. I’m also so proud of our Intern Program here at G2. We’re now in our 4th year and it’s gone from a small remote pilot program with 5 interns to a global hybrid program of 17. As the program has grown, my peers - Sarah Erwin & Nora Kawaguchi in AMER and Ashish Sahu in APAC - have been critical to scaling the program. ⭐𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗿, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝟭 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁?
