I keep asking people about their first weeks at work - both new hires and HR folks. No one seems happy. New hires feel lost, while HR feels overwhelmed. There are tons of onboarding tools out there. I've looked. But I can't find a single one that people actually like. Not even "like" - just "don't hate." It's weird. We're all trying to solve the same problem, yet we can't even agree on what good onboarding looks like. Is it just me? Or is onboarding broken everywhere?
