While working, I look forward to Saturdays because it's my off day from work. Now Saturdays, are normal days. Dear #jobseeker, while job hunting, be mindful of work culture, ask all necessary questions ;I know you might be desperate to jump on any offer. But please slow down on your decision. I went for an interview in an accounting role sometime last month of course In a private organization. When I was done with the branch and Regional manager, then it was the owner who saw I have Auditing experience and told me the role entails Accounting and Auditing with same pay😅 I took time to let him know they are 2 different roles, he insisted that is the way it is in his organization, which the managers didn't deem fit to tell me. The regional manager who was there then said, all you need is the storekeepers to give you reports on inventory, which i responded , so I should depend on the report of the store keeper? They were mute. Don't let your desperation lead you to taking anyhow offers. You may be venturing into dead ends and roadblocks. If you change your Job Title on LinkedIn, will it stop you being spammed to death with Sales emails?? Asking for myself 😆 Just an FYI, I am a HR support person. I don’t make decisions on Software or Benefits packages for Sandicliffe. That’s well above my pay grade (and I can only imagine how much spam those people get 😆) You are clogging up my already busy emails 😁 and half of them go into my spam folder I appreciate people are just doing their jobs. But take a moment to check if the person is even a decision maker. ( I am absolutely NOT thank the lord 😆). Tailor your emails. You may get a better response. Quality not quantity 🤷🏻♀️ I may test this out. But what job title to select? Any suggestions? Admin? Cleaner? Switchboard clerk? The BEST way to get hold of me is ☎️ 📞 📱 Have the best day 🤩
